Yes. The webcam module is mounted in the display lid behind the top bezel. Disassembly requires careful prying of the bezel and disconnecting the IR/RGB cable from the module — typically a 45-minute job.
If the original webcam supported IR-based Windows Hello, the replacement module must also include the IR sensor. We confirm the exact module variant before ordering — a standard camera module will not restore Hello.
